COMPLAINT

Complaining party objects, the court for the death of her mother caused by medical mistreatment, for the parties which are responsible for the death of her mother can not be distinguished by the court and she bases her objection on the second term of European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

DEFENCE

The government relies on ECHR’s clause 35/1 and states that the request should be rejected for the following two reasons, one is the domestic law processes are not finished yet, and the other one is the six month rule is not carried in this case.
