We hereby will try to examine case of Tavlı v. Turkey which ECHR concluded that there has been violation of Article 8 of Convention. First we will give a summary of Circumstances of the Case, than we will examine Violation of Article 8 and finally you will find a brief Evaluation of the Court’s Decision.

THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CASE

The applicant registered his marriage on 25 December 1980 in Turkey (Aksaray) and after few months he moved to Germany to work.
